  • Browse our site using the menu on the left. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the picture to view more details and product options. Select the option you want and press the 'Add to Cart' button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
  • You may continue shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your cart at any point during the shopping process, click on the View Cart symbol located in the top of your screen. You can also change the quantities of the products in your cart.
  • After putting all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
  • You will be asked to give us your billing address and shipping address.
  • You will then be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Florida shipments only) and shipping charges. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. After confirming your selections, click the 'Place Order' button.
  • After you click on 'Place Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also send you a confirmation of your order via email.

Shipping Rates and Options

Broken Cherry uses UPS and USPS for all shipments.

We ship as fast as possible. All orders placed after 12:30pm Central Time will go out the next business day.

Payment Options

Broken Cherry accepts:

All Funds must be in U.S. Dollars

Credit Cards:
You can safely enter your entire credit card number, via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We bill all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount all at once. This cuts down on the cost of our bookkeeping, and allows us to keep our prices low. We may ship partial orders at any time, but will continue to deliver all goods without any additional charges.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders sent within the state of Illinois. Illinois State laws require that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the product order (not including shipping).

Invoicing and Receipts

You will receive a confirmation email invoice of your order at the conclusion of the ordering process. If you misplace this confirmation, we will be more than happy to forward an additional copy.

All orders shipped from Broken Cherry will include a packing slip or invoice.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, we will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within one hour of placing the order. In order to make a cancellation request, please call 773-278-4000, as these requests must be received via phone. If our Customer Lines are engaged, you will be asked to leave a message. Please include your order number and contact details. We cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Broken Cherry ! We sincerely hope that you're satisfied with your purchase. Should there be a factory defect or an incorrect shipment, we'll gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an inhouse credit NO CASH REFUNDS. If necessary to exchange or return an item please note:

*Call 773-278-4000 within 5 business days from receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted if the package isn't clearly marked with the "Return Authorization code".
*All sale, resale, bath/body/hair/make-up products are final sale.
*Upon approval, merchandise meeting the following criteria may be returned (freight prepaid) for an exchange or inhouse credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.
*Returned merchandise must be in the original box and in mint condition with any and all tags attached.
*Include a copy of the shipping invoice which accompanies your merchandise.
*Provide a legible explanation on a separate piece of paper.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Broken Cherry within 14 business days from invoice date. The entire process, after our receipt of merchandise, may take up to 30 business days.
*Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping and handling fees are required to process all exchanges.
